I came to Peter through the recommendation of a colleague of his who was retiring. For me it was a most fortuitous happening. From our very first meeting in my father‘s home, which we would come to sell for far beyond what I thought it was worth, to our final meeting in a Starbucks off Colorado Blvd. Peter was never short of consummate professionalism. I was in the position of having to sell my father’s home from 3000 miles away. This being the case I had to trust my realtor entirely. Peter coordinated basic repairs to the home, its staging, to me a surprising bidding “war”, and the home’s ultimate sale. He was patient with my lack of technology and guided me through the entire process with patience and humor. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who wants the best.
